Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery within Birmingham and surrounding areas. Nationwide UK delivery may also be available depending on the order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day

Delivery Time

  • Local delivery: Same day or next day (where available)
  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a confirmation message with delivery details (where applicable).

Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please contact us promptly to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Due to the nature of our products (food and perishables), we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure quality and safety.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (fresh vegetables, frozen foods, etc.)
  • Opened or used items
  • Items not in their original condition

Eligible Returns
We will accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You received a wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

Return Request Timeline
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit

Exchanges
